Ordinary earnings
Supported Appendix 1B GSW/TSW classification and rate paths.
Launch Agreement
GridPay provides bounded calculation support for defined Utilities Management worker classifications and scenarios.
Defined supported worker and scenario boundaries apply. GridPay does not claim every clause or employment arrangement is implemented.
What GridPay supports
Supported Appendix 1B GSW/TSW classification and rate paths.
Supported continuous overtime, six-minute rounding and relevant public-holiday treatment.
Supported non-availability and availability callback paths with implemented minimum rules.
Supported availability days and callback scenarios.
Meal entitlement uses actual qualifying overtime; callback minimums do not manufacture meal eligibility.
Supported paid PH day, PH work/callback and minimum-rest consequences.
Supported private accommodation LAFHA, travelling time, short-notice travel, remote-area and substandard-accommodation paths.
Electrical Workers, defined inconvenience, Glove & Barrier and Bare Hand paths within implemented boundaries.
Who is currently supported
Current Utilities Management support is centred on implemented Appendix 1B wages classifications and explicitly validated worker/scenario combinations.
GridPay implements defined rules and blocks combinations outside the validated calculation boundary. It does not represent every clause as encoded.
Known boundaries
The unresolved Equivalent Hours interaction is not inferred; affected Tool Allowance plus overtime/callback/public-holiday combinations are blocked.
Tool Allowance is intentionally excluded from Quick Estimate; Builder support remains separately bounded.
These require explicit eligibility and whole qualifying days; unsupported overtime/callback/public-holiday combinations are blocked.
Anything not identified as supported for GridPay’s planned launch remains outside the current calculation boundary.
Agreement details
GridPay identifies the relevant public industrial instrument as its source. This does not imply endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship by Utilities Management, unions or the Fair Work Commission.
